簡易食譜系列@無面粉香蕉pancake

材料(可煎約6-7小塊):
1) 雞蛋2隻
2) 香蕉一隻 (建議用有梅花點嘅熟蕉,因為會甜啲同軟啲)
步驟:
1) 雞蛋攪拌匀
2) 加入香蕉攪拌至完全融合
3) 中火每邊煎30秒至1分鐘
4) 完成!可以加上自己喜歡的生果或果醬一起吃
食後感:
其實味道有點似香蕉味的蛋餅,但賣相真的跟一般pancake無異,建議可以早餐整,方便快捷又健康😜
