1) 雞蛋2隻 (好想講下一句係糖呢就兩茶匙…)
2) 煉奶5湯匙 (唔想禁甜可以比少啲)
步驟:
1)首先將蛋黃同蛋白分開
2)蛋黃同煉奶拌勻
3)蛋白用搞拌機打起
4)蛋白用切分法拌入蛋黃槳
5)放進容器(約4碗)
6)焗盤注入小量熱水,放進焗爐以180度焗15分鐘,再以160度焗5分鐘(因應各焗爐火力不一,期間要睇火)
7)完成!
